Maximum Productivity – 2024

GENESIS 1: 28

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. 

The 2024 theme is ‘Maximum Productivity.’ The theme is based on God’s original intent to be fruitful, multiply, replenish, subdue and have dominion. It is also a theme that aligns itself with the words of Jesus, when He gave a parable of the talents. Jesus was showing to the people of how important productivity in life is. It is an element that distinguishes an individual to be exceptional in life.

The Parable of Talents, from Matthew 25: 14 – 25, informs us that the reward system is largely dependent on how productivity one is. Promotion is a reward for one’s productivity. Demotion is a consequence of mismanagement of resources. Promotion is predicated on the ability to multiply and manage that which has been entrusted to one. Multiplication in one’s life is due to good management of resources.

Multiplication is not a matter of chance. It is a management matter. It is deliberate, a thing planned and well thought through for. With this background, we have decided to be deliberate in the running of the church for the purpose of productivity. We cannot afford to be in the same wagon as that man who received one talent and buried it. We want to be PRODUCTIVE in 2024.

Someone has said, if you want different results, do things differently. You cannot expect different results while doing things the same way. Change is inevitable in order to see transformation. An overhaul is necessary for maximum productivity.
