This standard applies to all members, employees, volunteers, and associates.

Ethics: We provide our ministry with honesty, loyalty, excellence, and integrity through our leadership, employees, and church workers.

Duty of Care: Our actions and counseling conform first and foremost to the Word of God, and then state and local laws; and all church/ministry business shall avoid causing any adverse effect on the godly values of people within The Royal Family Int’l Christian Centre, external organizations, and the communities that we serve.

Quality Assurance: We maintain the quality of what we do through periodic internal review of all mission, goals/objectives, policies and procedures, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity at The RFCC. We encourage regular review meetings with the receipt of regular progress reports from each ministry leader.

Professional Conduct: We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective in our counsel and any recommendations that we give, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of God, whose purpose is to save souls.

Equality and Discrimination: We shall continually strive to be fair and objective in our counsel, recommendations, and actions. We are never influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, color, age, disability, or national origin.
